Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

Access is granted immediately on payment, and the report cannot be returned. For that reason, every report has a free sample covering scope, methodology and screening criteria. Please read it before purchasing.

When we will refund

• The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same report.
• The report was materially misdescribed — for example the stated jurisdiction or financial year is wrong.
