Scope of the licence

A purchase grants one firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report in its own client deliverables. There is no limit on the number of client deliverables, and no expiry.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, sub-licence or redistribute the report or any substantial extract of it.
• You may not share the source files with anyone outside your firm.
• You may not present the report as your own original research where the underlying analysis is attributed.

Data sources

Reports are built on third-party subscription databases. The underlying raw data remains the property of those providers and is licensed to you only as it appears in the report.
